Spring Health is looking for a solutions-focused Localization Manager to support our continued global expansion and strengthening of our existing offerings. You will further craft & execute Spring Health’s localization strategy focusing on quality, cost, and speed to market. You will drive process creation across functional teams to deliver localized products and build & manage vendor relationships. You will coordinate the creation and maintenance of linguistic assets, track timelines and projects, owning escalations and risk management.
Lead fulfillment operations across three teams: Assigning, Publisher Relations, and Outreach. Own delivery of operational reports, KPIs, and client-facing dashboards. Improve processes quarterly to drive speed, quality, and efficiency. Manage publisher relationships and resolve escalations. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering.
